Timecard Processing:

Quest pay periods end weekly at Midnight on Sunday.  To make the weekly Payroll processing, timecards must be received by 5:00 p.m. Monday evening.  A valid timecard includes the signature of an authorized representative of the company at which you work.  Getting the timecard turned in is your responsibility.  We can accept them in person, via fax to 503-682-4912, or via e-mail at:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Blank timecards can be picked up at your local Quest office, or downloaded here.

Getting Paid:

Quest offers three ways to receive your paycheck:

1. Direct deposit into any checking or savings account. Direct deposit enrollment forms can be found here.

2. Direct Deposit to a free Money Network Service. Money Network enrollment forms can be found here.

3. Pick up a paper check at your local Quest office.

Information about your Paycheck:

If you receive a paper check, your deduction and tax information will be attached. Paper paychecks cannot be mailed, and must be picked up at your local Quest office. You may designate someone to pick your check up for you by signing a release at your local Quest office.

If you receive your paycheck via direct deposit to either a bank account or a payroll card, your pay stub will normally be e-mailed to you. If you wish to receive a paper pay stub instead this can be arranged with your Quest representative.

NEW: If you receive direct deposit, you can now sign up to receive a text message to your cell phone prior to pay day letting you know your time card has been processed, and what your net check amount will be when it is deposited on pay day. This is free, so ask your Quest representative if you are interested.
